Some of my fondest memories are heavily centered around photography, art, and nature. I loved going to my Grams’ house and thumbing through her countless photo albums. She would tell me stories about the people in the photos between sips of black coffee and our frequent trips to the patio to watch the hummingbirds in her garden. Some of the photos were very old (the 1900's) and these were my favorite to look at. I was amazed that she still had these and that they were in fairly good shape considering their age. This is where my true love for photography and nature began.
I got my first digital camera in 2007, and that year I shot my first wedding as a second shooter for a friend. In the next few years, I worked for/with friends here and there and had plenty of time to enjoy my favorite hobby: nature photography. In 2015 I decided to strike off on my own and start my own business.
I love being a full-service photographer and helping my clients plan for their portrait sessions, order art for their homes, and most importantly, capture feelings and memories that will last a lifetime. Knowing that my clients will have heirloom portraits that can last over 100 years and touch the lives of their great- or even great-great-grandchildren means the world to me.
